Give Peace a Chance, concert Rock comemorativ Hiroshima 81
august 6

„At 8:15 on the 6th of August in 1945, the Uranium bomb, the first atomic bomb, was dropped in Hiroshima. At 11:02 on the 9th, after 3 days, the Plutonium bomb was dropped in Nagasaki. The towns turned into scorched wasteland, and precious lives were lost. More than 35,000 citizens passed away in total. 81 years have passed since then, and the survivors have been fading away with time. It has become tough to keep the memory of this bitter legacy.
Tragedy occurred in Hiroshima and in Nagasaki must never be repeated”
As the only country to have suffered atomic bombings in war, Japan must deliver this message to the world.
“Not Possessing, Not Producing, and Not Permitting the entry of nuclear weapons”
Japan has strictly been upholding the Three Non-Nuclear Principles for over 8 decades. But unfortunately, its promise began to be shaken under the unstable international affairs.
(…)
We’re honored to have such an event as mourning the victims of the atomic bomb in Oradea, which is located so far from Japan. We believe our shared hope for peace will succeed forever.”
